Run one department on VRS for two weeks.
Pick one department or site. We set it up with your shifts, your pay rules and your people. After two weeks of real registered hours you compare the payroll basis against what you do today — and decide with evidence, not a demo impression.
How the pilot works
Setup call — your rules go in
One working session: shift patterns, overtime and allowance rules, approval chain for the pilot department. The employee app is ready from day one.
Before day 1 · about 90 minutes of your timeTwo weeks of real operation
Your crew clocks in from the app, leaders see registered time as the week runs, approvals happen in the console. We check in twice — we don't hover.
Day 1–14 · your normal operation, mirrored in VRSThe comparison that decides it
We sit down with the numbers: hours classified by rule, deviations caught, and the payroll-ready export next to your current process. If the case isn't obvious, you walk away — no lock-in, data deleted on request.
Day 14 · decision meeting · about 45 minutesVRS prepares clean hours for the payroll and ERP systems you already run. Nothing in your existing setup changes during the pilot.
If you continue, the pilot configuration is your production configuration — rules, people and approval chains carry straight over.
No long contract signed to start. If VRS isn't the right fit after two weeks, that's a fine outcome — you'll know either way.
