You pay for each active employee in your VRS workspace, billed monthly as part of an annual contract. Essential is 79 NOK/user/mo and Professional is 129 NOK/user/mo — each with a separate one-time setup fee. Enterprise pricing is tailored to your scope and discussed during an enterprise scoping conversation. Deactivating an employee removes them from the next billing cycle. You can add employees at any time; they are billed pro-rata for the remainder of that month. Essential and Professional require a minimum of 25 active users.

All VRS plans are annual contracts — a monthly flex option is available but carries a 20% premium over the annual rate. Multi-year commitments unlock progressively better savings: a 2-year term gives you 10% off the license rate plus 50% off the setup fee, with pricing locked for 2 years. A 3-year term gives 15% off, setup fee fully waived, price-protection for the full term, and — on Professional — one AI module of your choice included from day one. Most growing customers choose 2-year or 3-year for the combination of savings, setup waiver, and predictable costs.

The one-time setup fee covers your implementation: workflow mapping, rules configuration, integration setup, manager onboarding, and the first payroll export validation. Essential (9,000 NOK) includes a single-site setup with one integration. Professional (19,000 NOK) covers multi-site configuration and up to two integrations. Yes — and most teams do exactly that. Core operations (scheduling, time capture, compliance, payroll flow) go live in week 2–3. Once the data is clean and the workflow is stable, you can layer in AI. VRS AI is in active development, rolling out with early-access customers. There are 4 modules: AI Planning, AI Agent, AI Insights, and AI Playbook. Indicative early-access pricing is 1,800–3,500 NOK/month per module, or 9,900 NOK/month for the full AI Pack — roughly 30% off the bundle vs individual. Enterprise customers get the full Pack as part of their plan when generally available.
