Every clock-in and clock-out is logged with a timestamp, location (geofence data where applicable), employee ID, and the shift or work order it belongs to.
If a time record is edited after submission — by a manager or administrator — the original record, the change, who made it, when, and why are all preserved. Nothing is silently overwritten.
Every approval action — approving overtime, signing off on an absence, or resolving a deviation — is attributed to the responsible manager with a timestamp. Approval chains are traceable end-to-end.
